Since the pandemic, restaurants have faced a lot of ingredient shortages. This meant that many of the menu items were affected and could not be made to order. It became increasingly difficult to manage multiple menus across various locations costing our operators time and money.

We had a beta version of this flow running within a months time and received positive feed back from our beta customers. They found our new features easy to use and less tedious than the previous method of 86ing items off their menus. Users expressed their excitement to continue to use our products which indicated our success with customer retention and satisfaction. The final version was shipped after my departure from CloudKitchens.
